We are pleased to officially announce the dates for the 2026 AUSKF National Championships!
This announcement is meant for prospective participants, shinpan, volunteers, and all supporters to mark their calendars and prepare accordingly.
Tournament Dates: July 3-5, 2026 (Friday - Sunday)
Location: University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) - Las Vegas, NV
Recommended Airport: Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

We will send out registration instructions and more detailed information about the tournament in the coming weeks. For now, please note the following:
This tournament will feature the same individual and team divisions as the 2023 championships. Scheduled date/time subject to change.
Tournament qualifications (age, rank, years of membership, etc.) will remain the same as in previous years.
We will be requesting a number of volunteers from each participating federation corresponding to the number of competitors entered in the tournament.

Team MWKF is actively training in preparation for this tournament, which is held only once every 3 years. Preparing for such an event is a big financial burden on each of the individuals who have been selected for the team. As such, we are doing our utmost to support our athletes through fundraising activities. These Team MWKF T-Shirts will help fund our journey to the AUSKF Nationals.
To save on shipping costs, please consider a pre-order of T-shirts by January 31 in order for us to deliver the T-shirts to you at the Detroit Taikai on February 15.
